Examples, before tax. Your share is your tier rate applied to the room total, paid from the commission the hotel actually pays us. “Up to $4,800 a year” = $60,000 of bookings in a year at the top 8% tier.
Which rates earn? How and when am I paid?
Most standard rates booked on a chain's official site earn when the hotel honors our IATA number — look for "Commissionable" in the rate rules. Member and prepaid rates may or may not earn; the rate's own rules decide. Some rates never earn: negotiated corporate, crew and government rates; award and points stays; and any booking made through a third-party channel (OTA, metasearch, opaque). Terms §4.1
We pay you out of the commission the hotel actually pays StaysPerk — if the hotel pays less or nothing, your credit adjusts in proportion. Commissions typically reach us 30–90 days after check-out; available balances can be requested anytime and are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month. Terms §5.2 · §5.5
