Advisor Program Terms
The key points, in plain language. Last updated: October 26, 2026.
1Paid from commission actually received
Your pay is a share of the commission HAAVK actually receives for the booking. If the hotel pays less, pays nothing, or claws a commission back, your credit adjusts to match. Commissions typically arrive 30–90 days after check-out.
2The hotel decides whether a rate earns
Whether a rate earns is the hotel's call, under its own rules for that rate.
3Your bookings, your responsibility
You are responsible for the bookings you make, including following each hotel's and chain's applicable terms.
Full program terms (definitions, tiers, payouts, account rules)
Effective October 25, 2026 · HAAVK INC (IATAN-accredited travel agency)
Last updated October 26, 2026. In this revision the terms were restated in numbered form for clarity. A tier-protection provision was added (Section 2.5). Payout provisions establishing a minimum payout threshold of $5 and a payout transfer-fee rule were added (Sections 5.6 and 5.7). Membership remains automatic upon account creation under the single program (Section 13). The Member tier cashback rate has been increased from 4% to 5%, effective as of October 25, 2026. An email-entry bonus provision was added (Section 2.6). Sections 16 (Feedback data) and 17 (Usage statistics) were added.
1. How rewards work
1.1 HAAVK pays program members a share of the commission it receives from hotels.
1.2 Rewards are calculated on the pre-tax room rate of each qualifying stay, at the member's current rewards rate, and are payable only from commission actually received by HAAVK.
2. Rewards tiers

| 6.5% | ||
| 7.25% | ||
| 8% |
2.3 The rewards rate for a booking is the rate in effect when the booking is made, and is recorded on the booking. Later rate changes do not affect bookings already made.
2.5 Tier protection. Upon qualification for a higher tier, that tier is locked for one year from the date of qualification. At the expiry of each lock period, the held tier is reassessed against the member's rolling twelve-month total of credited pre-tax room revenue and may decrease by no more than one tier; the resulting tier then locks for a further one-year period. This cycle repeats until the held tier equals the tier supported by the member's current rolling twelve-month total. Tier protection only delays tier decreases; it does not affect tier increases. This clause does not apply to any rate granted by Status Match; Section 3 governs that rate and its expiry.
3. Status match
- 3.1 Members with active Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite, Hilton Honors Gold, World of Hyatt Explorist, IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite, or higher status (active at the time of review) may request a status match from their account: upload a screenshot of your status under Status Match, and a HAAVK team member reviews the request.
- 3.2 If approved, you receive the 6.5% rewards rate for 12 months from the approval date — or your spend-based rate if that is higher. After 12 months, unless renewed, your rate returns to the tier you qualify for by credited room revenue.
- 3.3 A matched rate may be renewed for a further 12 months by completing, during the year, 15 commission-received nights or $3,000 in completed, commission-received room revenue.
- 3.4 The commission cap in Section 2 applies to matched rates.
- 3.5 One match is permitted per account.
- 3.6 HAAVK may request additional verification, decline any request, and revoke a match obtained with false or altered information.
4. Qualifying stays
4.1 Whether a rate is commissionable is determined by the hotel under its own rules for that rate.
4.2 A stay earns rewards only if it is completed, commissionable, and the hotel actually pays commission to HAAVK. The following do not earn rewards:
- 5.1 Your rewards are a share of the commission HAAVK actually receives for the booking. If a hotel pays less than the full commission, pays nothing, or later reverses a commission, the amount credited to you is adjusted accordingly (see Section 6).
- 5.2 Hotels settle commissions on their own schedules, typically 30–90 days after check-out, and in some cases later.
- 5.3 Your rewards are credited to your available balance only after HAAVK receives and verifies the hotel's commission.
- 5.4 You can request a payout at any time.
- 5.5 Payout requests are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month (next business day if a holiday).
- 5.6 Minimum payout amount. The minimum amount that may be included in a single payout request is USD $5.00. Any payout request specifying an amount below this threshold will not be processed.
- 5.7 Payout transfer fees. Payout requests of USD $225.00 or more to a payout account denominated in USD, EUR, or GBP carry no transfer fee; HAAVK bears the transfer cost. For payout requests below USD $225.00, the member bears the actual transfer fee charged by the payment provider. The applicable fee is displayed in the payout quote presented to the member after a payout method is selected and before the request is confirmed.
- 5.8 HAAVK may ask for identity or tax information (such as a W-9) before a payout.
- 5.9 Loyalty points, elite nights, and benefits, where applicable, are credited by the hotel to the guest's own loyalty account.
- 7.1 Joining is free.
- 7.2 You must be 18 or older.
- 7.3 Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- 7.4 One account per person.
- 7.5 Accounts are not transferable.
- 7.6 Advisors are responsible for the bookings they make, including complying with the applicable terms of each hotel and hotel chain.
- 8.1 HAAVK may update these terms at any time, with notice posted on this page.
- 8.2 The terms in effect at the time of a stay apply to that stay.
- 8.3 HAAVK may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
- 8.4 Confirmed rewards on completed qualifying stays remain payable, except in cases of fraud or abuse.
4.3 Award, redemption, or complimentary stays;
4.4 Cancelled or no-show bookings;
4.5 Stays for which the hotel pays no commission;
4.6 Bookings that do not meet these program terms.
5. Settlement and payouts
6. Commission adjustments
6.1 If a hotel reduces, withholds, or claws back commission after it was paid (for example due to a chargeback or billing dispute), HAAVK may adjust your rewards balance accordingly.
6.2 Balances are never allowed to go below zero, except in cases of fraud or abuse, where HAAVK reserves the right to recover overpaid amounts.
7. Accounts and advisor responsibilities
8. Changes and termination
9. Taxes
9.1 Rewards may be taxable income. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on rewards you receive.
9.2 If required by law, HAAVK will issue a Form 1099 and may request your tax information.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAAVK's total liability under this program is limited to the rewards balance in your account.
10.2 HAAVK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
12. Contact
12.1 Questions about these terms: [email protected].
13. Joining the program
13.1 The program consists of a single plan, and membership is automatic: creating a free HAAVK account enrolls you in the program.
13.2 There is no application, no questionnaire, no review and no waiting period.
13.3 The member's tier and cash rate are determined under Section 2 from the member's first qualifying booking.
13.4 HAAVK may suspend or terminate a member's participation for fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
14. Hotel requests (tickets)
14.1 From your account, you may ask HAAVK to contact a hotel about a booking (for example, a special request, a folio request, a loyalty-credit question, or a cancellation question).
14.2 HAAVK will transmit the request to the hotel; the decision rests with the hotel.
14.3 HAAVK does not guarantee any outcome, and the hotel's own policies apply.
15. Data use
15.1 With personal details removed, ticket content may be used to improve our service.
16. Feedback data
16.1 When you send feedback through this site, we collect what you submit: the feedback type and text, any files you attach, the page you were on, your site language, and — if you are signed in — your account. If you give us an email address, we keep it with the feedback so we can reply.
16.2 We use feedback only to understand problems and improve our service. Feedback is a one-way channel: it is not a support ticket and we do not promise a reply or a response time. For booking, commission or payout questions, please use a ticket instead.
16.3 Attachments are stored securely with the feedback and can only be opened by our administrators. Please do not attach passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive documents.
16.4 For abuse prevention we also keep the network address a submission came from, together with the feedback. We delete handled feedback (including attachments) 12 months after it is closed. Spam is deleted sooner: after 30 days when it has attachments, and after 90 days when it is text only. Feedback that is still unread or in progress is kept until it is handled.
16.5 If you close your account, your feedback is kept in anonymised form: the link to your account and your email address are removed, while the feedback text and attachments are retained as anonymous feedback under the periods above.
17. Usage statistics
17.1 We count how features of this site are used — for example, which pages are viewed and which features are opened or completed — so we can tell what is useful and what needs fixing. We do not record what you type into forms, booking references, amounts, or the words you search for.
17.2 To tell separate visitors apart in these counts, your browser stores a random identifier on your device (in local storage, not in a cookie). It is not your name or account, it is not used to follow you across other websites, and we do not share these statistics with third parties or use them for advertising. When you are signed in, counts may be linked to your account so we can distinguish member use from visitor use.
17.3 Individual usage records are kept for 180 days. After that we keep only totals grouped by day and by month, which no longer identify individual visits.
Privacy notice
We collect your account email, the bookings you record, and the payout details you provide. We use them to run the program — matching bookings, verifying commissions with hotels, and paying you. We do not sell your personal information. Questions: [email protected].
