Most standard rates booked directly on a chain's own website earn, as long as the hotel honors our agency number — check the rate rules for the word "Commissionable" before booking. Member rates and prepaid rates may or may not earn; corporate negotiated, crew, government, award and third-party-channel bookings never do. Terms §4.1
Record every booking here: forward the hotel's confirmation email to your personal intake address, or add the booking by hand. A stay that is not recorded cannot be matched when the commission arrives.
You are paid out of the commission the hotel chain actually pays us — if a booking earns no commission, there is nothing to share on it. After checkout, commissions usually take 30–90 days to arrive. Once a commission lands and is reconciled, your share moves into your available balance the same day. You can request a payout at any time; payouts are sent on the 1st and 15th of each month.
