Is there a fee?
No. Custom requests and price matches are free — there is no service fee, whether the hotel says yes or no.
Can you guarantee the hotel will agree, or match a price?
No. We ask the hotel directly and the hotel decides. If they decline, we'll tell you what they offered instead — and you can still book the stay yourself and earn as usual.
Who do I pay?
The hotel — directly, or at the property. We never take your payment details.
Does my tier cashback still apply?
Yes. A confirmed concierge booking earns at your tier rate, exactly like a stay you booked yourself, and counts toward your tier progress the same way.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. Hotels hold negotiated quotes for a limited time, so we'll always tell you the deadline to confirm.
